Most applicants are required to complete an ABC basic application with the schedule that applies to specific business type. A basic application with instructions will be attached to each schedule as a full packet.

Agents or solicitors of liquor or wine, out-of-state brewers, beer distributors, beer importers and microbrewers *A basic application is not required
- Schedule B (pdf 291k)
Beer retailers only; all other schedules include a retail beer license; Schedule B will not be necessary if making application for beer and other license types. Therefore this schedule B is required only when not applying for beer and other license types
