Brig. Gen. Norman E. Arflack, Executive Director
As chief executive officer of ABC, Brig. Gen. Arflack has overall responsibility for communications, education, fiscal, administrative and personnel management.

Randy Fawns, deputy executive director
Mr. Fawns coordinates and supervises programs, operations and functions of the office of ABC.  He serves as deputy and primary advisor to the executive director.

Mike Magee, policy advisor
Mr. Magee advises ABC in legislative issues and acts as liaison between the agency and the legislature.

Nathan Jones, staff assistant and public information officer
Mr. Jones handles media, constituent and public records requests.

Pam Helton, executive staff advisor
Ms. Helton maintains the budget and fiscal activities of ABC.

Ellen Williams, executive secretary II
Ms. Williams supports the executive staff as secretary.

Maurice Brown, administrative branch manager
Mr. Brown oversees personnel actions and some fiscal activity.

Virginia V. Davis, resource manager III
Ms. Davis aids in legislation, licensing and constituent issues.
