Tobacco pre-hearing conference dates are held four times a year, on the third Tuesday of that month.

If you have received a tobacco citation, you have two options:

1. If you wish to plead guilty, you may send your fine payment to our Frankfort office before your pre-hearing conference date. Along with your fine payment be sure to include your name and either a copy of your citation or the control number, which can be found at the bottom right-hand corner of your citation.  Mark your envelope:

2. If you feel that you received the citation due to circumstances beyond your control, we encourage you to attend the pre-hearing conference. Tobacco pre-hearing conferences begin at 10 a.m.  You will plead your case in front of the ABC Board.  Failure to appear or pay your fine may result in your fine being doubled.  You may also request a full board hearing at this conference.
