Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Control

Welcome to the Kentucky Office of Alcoholic Beverage Control (A.B.C.).  Our mission is to protect the public welfare and interest by regulating the alcoholic beverage industry through licensing, education and enforcement of the pertinent laws and regulations.  We have undertaken a special focus to combat youth access to alcohol and tobacco products.
